Is building in public on Twitter destroying your mental health?
Beeing active on Twitter totally changed my life: Since I rejoined the social network in April 2021, I started building in public by writing weekly blog posts, recording over 20 videos on YouTube, and launching several digital products.
Twitter has helped me a lot in my journey from a person who privately consumes digital content to a person who creates digital products in the public domain.
Compared to other social media apps like Instagram, Twitter seemed like a blessing:
Instead of shallow people showing their butts, abs, or expensive cars in front of the cameras, I finally found a corner of the internet where I could connect with like-minded people trying to create value in the world.
Now I had an army of entrepreneurs, that inspired me to work hard on beeing a creator instead of a consumer. As a consequence, Twitter definitely helped me to grow as a content creator.

The only problem is that it hasn’t made me any happier.
